Mindsite is seeking a driven Sales Development Executive ready to take their sales career forward. If you have a knack for engaging potential clients and a solid foundation in sales strategies, we want you on our team to expand our client base and reach our growth targets.


Ideal qualifications include:

  • 3-5 years of sales development experience, with a consistent record of achieving quotas.
  • Proficiency in various sales techniques and familiarity with Google Suite.
  • Understanding of sales metrics, excellent negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • CRM software experience (e.g., Zoho) preferred.
  • Ability to operate both independently and within a team environment.


Your role will involve:

  • Initiating contact with potential clients via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate sales leads.
  • Arranging meetings or calls between potential clients and Sales Executives.
  • Reporting on sales achievements and forecasting future targets to the Head of Growth.
  • Staying updated on our offerings and market trends to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Maintaining accurate client records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing to align on strategies and goals.
  • Identifying client needs to recommend suitable products or services.
  • Cultivating long-term relationships with clients for sustained growth.
