Mindsite is seeking a driven Sales Development Executive ready to take their sales career forward. If you have a knack for engaging potential clients and a solid foundation in sales strategies, we want you on our team to expand our client base and reach our growth targets.
Ideal qualifications include:
3-5 years of sales development experience, with a consistent record of achieving quotas.
Proficiency in various sales techniques and familiarity with Google Suite.
Understanding of sales metrics, excellent negotiation, and presentation skills.
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
CRM software experience (e.g., Zoho) preferred.
Ability to operate both independently and within a team environment.
Your role will involve:
Initiating contact with potential clients via cold calls, emails, and social media to generate sales leads.
Arranging meetings or calls between potential clients and Sales Executives.
Reporting on sales achievements and forecasting future targets to the Head of Growth.
Staying updated on our offerings and market trends to effectively communicate with clients.
Maintaining accurate client records in our CRM system.
Collaborating with sales and marketing to align on strategies and goals.
Identifying client needs to recommend suitable products or services.
Cultivating long-term relationships with clients for sustained growth.
